If for any reason you are not satisfied with your NON-CUSTOMIZED item(s), you can return the item and receive store credit towards any other item in our store of equal or lesser value or a full refund.
Please be sure to email us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s) so we can begin to assist you with this process. Any email sent after 3 business days of receiving your item(s) will not qualify for return, exchange, or store credit.
Please read carefully before making your purchase. Regarding custom orders, we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. Since all items sold on our site are uniquely designed to your individual specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned, therefore, 24 hours after you place your order ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So it is imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color, dimensions and any other details regarding your order.
However, if you are not happy with the pendant that you receive due to a fault of ours, misspelled or wrong color, you can make a return and have it exchanged with another one. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us a message so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be given back except for shipping expenses.
Orders can only be canceled 12 hours after placing the order free of charge. Contact us to cancel an order. Any order canceled 12-24 hours is automatically deducted a 30% restocking fee. After 24 hours the sale is final and will not be refunded.
