Q: Are the pieces real gold?

A: Yes, are pieces are 14K Gold plated. During the process of gold plating, a thin layer of gold is applied to a less expensive piece of metal, which would be stainless steel, .925 sterling silver, or brass. We follow the industry's standards that dictate that .15 to .25 mils of gold be applied during the plating process. Gold plating is NOT to be confused with costume jewelry. Where the jewelry begins to fade within hours and/or 2 wears. You can feel confident that A1 Pieces are 100% real gold plated. 

Q: Will the nameplate or necklace turn my neck green and or black?

A: Unless you have a specific allergy to sterling silver, stainless steel, or brass you will not have any reaction to our pieces.

 

Q: How long can I expect shipping to take?

A) For in stock items, please allow 2-3 business days for processing, and 2-3 business days for shipping.

For pre-order items, please allow 7-10 business days for processing, and 2-3 business days for shipping.

For custom orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing, and 2-3 business days for shipping. Your custom order takes time to craft and test, but when you receive it,  you'll know it was worth the wait.
